I cried the whole way throught this video. I think I was just SO HAPPY that this is REAL I did not cry at the airport...but now that it has sank in...Tears are pouring down my face and three things are on my mind.

I am really trying to get a slide show together...but at the moment EVERYONE in our family has the Guatemalan Poo Flu and we almost took Jagger to the ER last night because he was having such a hard time breathing and coughing....this has been going on the last two nights....so NO SLEEP for any of us.He is now on breathing treatments and has an ear infection. Amy Mole if you are reading this...I AM SO FEELING YOUR PAIN and its only been two days of this. Please pray we all get better so we can BETTER enjoy our little bundle of JOY. I am so sorry if I have not emailed or got back with some of you on the phone....Hugs

We woke up at 5 am on Saturday May 3rd and flew out of Guatemala City at 8am. At 12:15pm Jagger's feet touched AMERICAN SOIL in Dallas Texas. We then had 7 hours in the Dallas Airport becasue our flight was delayed. The kids had a blast playing in the playground in DFW. The picture below is one of Jagger in DALLAS. I am working on a slide show right now but I wanted to give you all a LITTLE JAGGY POO Picture to tide you over. Also I was going to put 5 pictures on tonight but BLOGGER says I am at my limit of space...I have no clue what to do about that so if any of you know will you please email me. Also if you were at the aiport and took pictures will you please EMAIL them to me because mine are all Blurry. Jagger is doing AWESOME and is SO HAPPY all the time. He was just like Kya at the airport going to everyone and laughing. When we put him in his carseat and left the airport he fell asleep in less than 5 minutes. Also THANK YOU friends and family that came out to MEET MOOSE, it meant the world to us. I am so lucky to have such awesome friends in my life. The plane was VERY LATE but everyone stayed to welcome us home. There were 5 Guate Tots and 1 should be a Guate Tot, there to show there love to Jagger.

Saying GOODBYE...Is not my STRONG POINT...I had to say goodbye to some friends in Guatemala that are like family to me. I know I will see them again...but it will not be every month like it has been the last 8 months.

I can't believe in just a few short hours my SON will be getting on the Airplane with us. It feels like a DREAM. I can't wait to touch down in Tulsa to see all of our friends and family see us as a family of four. The Bags are packed, the clothes for AMERICA are ready to be put on the babies, and the wake up call is for 5am...YUCK! Here are quite a few pictures from the last few days. Yesterday we spent the day with Velveth and her family...we had a wonderful day of EATING and Shopping...and today we hung out more with Isa and had a WOO HOO we are coming home with JAGGER dinner at Montano's. So tomorrow will forever be in our hearts at JAGGERS FOREVER A FAMILY DAY....WE GOTCHA BUBBY and we will never let you go!

Sunday night after we got check in to the Casa Santa Rosa...Maira Isa and her brother picked us up and took us to there parents country home for a nice dinner. This was so much fun and brought back so many memories of when we went there in OCT 06 when I was fostering Kya. We had to get MORE POOL TABLE pictures to compare to the ones from 06...and now we have JAGGER...the HAPPIEST BOY EVER!

Dinner with Jaggers Foster Family

On Monday Night we got to have Dinner at Las Palmas with Jaggers Foster Family. His foster Mom Aida, Gaby, Jorge, and Ricardo. Jorge and Gaby are two of Aida's children and Ricardo is Gaby's boyfriend...well was Gaby's boyfriend until Kya stole him from her...haha. It was REALLY a great evening for us to see how much Jagger loves them and how happy he is around them. Jagger laughed so hard at Jorge. Aida had had such a hard day before because both of her foster sons went to there moms on Sunday. She had had Allen for 13 months and Jagger for 7 months. She was so sad that after she went in her room and did not come out. So it was nice that she got to be with and love on Jagger some more a few days later. At this dinne I could tell how much she really loved Jagger. Also Jagger is totally sitting up by him self and can hold all his toys and even a pool ball and he babbles and laughs really loud. THANK YOU AIDA for taking such good care of Allen and Jagger Jett. We love you and will bring Jagger back to see you. Also THANK you for LOANING us Miss Gaby. We can't wait to spend a few months with her at our house.

The Real Adoption Story...Saying HELLO means Saying GOODBYE

Everyone in the Adoption world who has visited their child and then had to leave knows exactly what this POST means. Here are the pictures of Us getting Jagger on Monday and us having to say Goodbye on Easter Morning. There is no better feeling than being there in Guatemala getting to know and bond with your children and yes the Goodbye is so WORTH it...but NEVER EASY. I really thought this one would be easy since we will be back in a few weeks to pick him up...but NOPE...VERY HARD and Kya looking out the plane window saying bye bye BUBBY...well that really did me in!

Jagger has to be MOVING all the time...he is wiggleing his legs or flapping his arms ALL THE TIME.
HE LOVES the water. He loves Baths, Showers, and the Pool...he flaps those arms splashing water all over his face laughing so much
When he is HAPPY his WHOLE BODY IS HAPPY...when he is MAD his whole body is MAD. Thank goodness he is mostly a HAPPY BOY.
Jagger sleeps good...when he is in BED by MOMMY on the big square Marriott pillow.
Jagger also fights sleep and likes to be rocked or patted to sleep.
Jagger really does not eat the much..SUPRISE SUPRISE...he only eats about 4-5 oz every 3-4 hours and he has cereal for lunch with some water in his Pacha.
Jagger loves music already....THANK GOODNESS...since he is going to be MY ROCK STAR.
Jagger is 6 months old, weighs 21 lbs, and he is wearing 18 month clothes and a size 4 huggies diaper...one size smaller than his sister.
Jagger thinks his SISTER hung the Moon and is quite in LOVE with Aunt La La already.
Jagger is not named after Mick Jagger...I am actually a BEATLES fan not a STONES fan.

This will be my last post from Guatemala...HOW SAD IS THAT? I thought I would be OK with leaving this time but NOT!!! Kya is really going to have a tough time...she is so in love with bubby...oh and with the security guy down stairs...HA! Today we opened our Easter Baskets and took Pictures in our Easter Outfits...will post those pics from home...we are off to the pool as soon as I post here. Yesterday we SWAM SWAM SWAM...and Had a BALL...we forgot a hat for Jagger so he had to borrow one from a GIRL...good thing he looks all BOY. Last night we went to the Processions with Maria Isa, and her Parents...it was AWESOME...and I got the WHOLE thing on Video with my FLIP...will post that later too. We had room service when we got back and I think it OVERDOSED on the Plantians and Guac...because I was sick again last night. SO anywho we have had a FANTASTIC trip and here is the update on our case...should have BC Monday, Passport on Wed, DNA Test taken on Monday March 31st.

Pretty much a Wordless Wed for me...I was sick all day today but thanks to a friend I met hear who had some meds I am feeling better and we are going out with Velveth and her family tomorrow. The Kids are doing great. Jagger only cried when Aunt Lala told him he was too young for French Fries. We took them to Mc Donalds tonight so Kya could Play. Life has been BUSY...as we round THIRD base on the Journey to PRINCE JAGGER. I know the Attorney on our case signed off on it today. My Attorney does the Birth Mom power of attorney so she does not have to sign again. Hope to have the BC this week. WELL...Here are some CUTE PICTURES of my LITTLE SAILOR hanging out in the plam treess and dreaming of being in TEXAS with Mommy and Sister. SO yes I called PGN to hear the same thing...STILL with the 2nd reviewer. I now know of 3 people with 2-15 resubmit dates that have been SET FREE.

This precious baby girl Marines needs our prayers. She was adopted in Guatemala by a Guatemalan....a single mom who has always dreamed of having a daughter...so much like so many of us. She is the same age as Jagger and is his "foster cousin". She has been in the hospital for over a month now and is VERY SICK. I do not know if there has been a diagnosis yet but they are sending tests to Houston Tx trying to get answers. There have been days when they did not think she would make it. She has lost down to 8 lbs and everytime she starts to get better something else happens to her. Her family loves her so much and they are trying so hard to do everything they can to get answers about what could be wrong. As you can guess it is getting really hard to keep her in the hospital because of the cost. Please pray for a miracle for this family and this sweet baby girl!!!

1. We did not have the benefit of anyone's help during any phase of the adoption process. I took it upon myself to visit PGN multiple times to garner information that might be of revelance. The day we exited PGN I spent 6 hours in the office of the Director (alone I might add) working through issues with our file and once corrected he then signed us out.

2. The facilitor that handled our case was named "Mayra" but was not the same individual in the Dateline expose. The name Mayra in Guatemala is much like the name John Smith in the USA.Please respect the children's blog and refrain from making derogatory comments. The blogs of our children will be momentos for many years from now. If you would like to ask something of questionable nature please use email or telephony. The blog is not the proper forum to address these things.

I am going to try to get a POST POSTED sometime this week with up dates on everything...from Maria Mercedes, Little Bit, My friendship with Teo, and most importantly a PRAYER Request for a baby in Guatemala that is VERY SICK. Because I want to keep my Childerns BLOGS as there baby books....I am having them printed into bound books...I will open another BLOG...AHHHH....so I can post somethings I want to talk about that are not about my precious children. When I get that going I will post that BLOG SITE on here and on Kya's BLOG so you all can find it. I was going to just email it out but I am not sure I have everyones email address. Some of you who have left comments have given me no way to respond to you. Please remember and you should know this if YOU are really one of my BLOG readers I lived in the Marriott in Guatemala City for 4 months....I do know the Good, Bad and Ulgy....all sides to Guatemalan adoptions. Ok I guess now the Rumor is going around that Teo got me out or helped get me OUT of PGN with Kya's Case....so just for the record again here is what happend in Kya's Case...we had a FACL that was lying to us....about our KO's and some other things...I had a friend NOT TEO that was Calling PGN to check on my case for me and thats before the NICE PGN Number now....thats how we found out about the other KO's....so my husband had our driver Hugo take him there he went in PGN with a hand written note in Spanish from our driver and an old KO receipt....He came out of PGN that day with our OUT...and the only NEW Friend he made that day was a lady named Consuela and Marco of AS. Maria, Pepe, Kya, and I picked him up and we all went to the Marriott to CELEBRATE....thats about it. AGAIN so that everyone has this straight...TEO is only my friend...he has never helped me with my actaul case....I will tell you one thing I respect about Teo...he really takes care of his Birth Moms and Foster Families and he is the only FACL I have ever known...yes I know MANY...that does not act or treat them as if he is better than they are. Again I am not saying he has NEVER caused any of you pain....What I do know is that Benita at DATELINE EDITED her interview with him...and on top of that...WHO THE HECK DOES SHE THINK SHE IS....she looked just as bad as him...LYING about who she was and the worst part is...Teo held those children she said she had homes for FOR HER and FOR THOSE FAMILIES....all the while those children could have been finding REAL HOMES....OK now that totally TICKS ME OFF....What if one of those children is still stuck over in Guatemala with no home because of them tying to get a good news story....How do you feel about the story now??? I am not against any of the stories told by the families...I am against DATELINE and the way ALL news stories make Guatemalan Adoptions LOOK.....SHOW THESE BEAUTIFUL CHILDREN AT HOME....HAPPY LOVED...HANGING WITH THE CELEBS at the SUPER BOWL.....COME ON SHOW THE LOVE FOR GUATEMALAN ADOPTIONS.....OK enough said I HOPE!!!!

Let me begin by addressing directly the questions posed by little Miss Anonymous:

1. Why do you use him? You must be an adoption neophyte or at least one to my blog. If you had done any research about our adoption you would have known that we are not using Teo currently nor did we previously. We have no agenda but the truth and reminding everyone that there are two sides to everything.
2. Why are you bragging on it? I refer to my first response and point out that you once again show your ignorance to the process.
3. Why are you furthering the baby brokering with your money? I can only assume that since you did not research our case that you think we are in fact using Teo. Let me point out that the Dateline episode pointed the finger at another individual, Mayra, and accused her of harboring stolen babies and selling them not Teo. Be very cautious in your comments and accusations. We are being blessed to have children in the only way God will allow us. For this we apologize to no one.

In addition, in the future if you wish to leave comments please have the courage to stand behind your words and your filthy language with a name.

P.S. Since you are obviously challenged in the language area.......the definition of a neophyte---a beginner or novice; synonyms are amateur, greenhorn, tenderfoot, trainee, and novice.

Ok people the HARD TIME is hitting me. I was looking at all the new posts I created last night to post over the next few days and I saw all the things that I am missing RIGHT NOW....with my son. I know he is only four months and I am so lucky to have already been able to spend as much time with him as I have....but this is so differant than what I am used to ....fostering Kya. I now know what all of you who did not foster went through. Jagger is Such a happy and FUN baby....will I still have a baby when he comes home??? Please can't we just have an easy time in PGN this time around??? I want Kya to have her brother who she loves and kisses through the computer HOME. I want to be the one rocking him , kissing him, and seeing that Jaggy Poo smile every morning. I know I may have mentioned this a FEW times....but I ADORE my foster family. What they did for me this week means so much to me. I really feel like they take care of Jagger like I would. They took pictures of the WHOLE HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE so I would not feel like I missed being there for my son. They are so thoughtful and take so much time making me feel like I am apart of his life even from America....THANK YOU!

Just wanted to let everyone know that Jagger is DOING GREAT...He got out of the Hospital yesterday. He is happy and just whines everynow and then. Please Pray for all the people in Antigua and he surrounding areas. The high winds knocked out a main power plant last week and they have been off and on with out power and water.

OK Jagger gets Circumcised in the morning...hence the Weenie post and the Weenie Dog outfit. I am so nervous. He is going to a private hospital to do it and he will be under when they do it. I think the going under part makes me the most nervous. They are giving him his last PAUCHA at 3 am...then his surgery is at 7:30am. The Dr. will tell us tomorrow if he will have to stay in the hospital over night. Gaby thank you for the email with all the details. I don't know what I would do with out you...you are my LIFE SAVER right now. So please PRAY for Jagger today I hope he feels NO PAIN.

I know this is LOOONG...but this tells the WHOLE story of our first days together as a family of four. We are going to have a very busy next few weeks so I wanted to WISH you all a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS. We finally have electricity again after the Ice Storm. We will be going to TEXAS to the Dallas Texas Football game this weekend...then I will be home for 2 days...which I hope is enough time to get my Christmas cards in the mail and re stock the fridge and get ready for Christmas dinner. Thursday I leave to visit Jagger in Guatemala and I make it back home on Sunday the 23rd for our 7 Marriage Anniversary and then Kys's second Christmas...WHEW its a Crazy Busy Month.
